🕵️ Short Job description:

  • Salary: : 10 000 - 15 000 net PLN/month (B2B);
    7 700 - 11 500 gross PLN/month (Contract of Employment)
  • Employee Stock Options
  • Paid time-off to balance your work and life in a way that suits you best
  • Employment Type: B2B or Employment Agreement
  • Location: Fully remote forever (with a possibility to work from a coworking office in the future)
  • Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm CET


📝Requirements:

  • At least one year of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats 
  • English B2
  • Bonus points for speaking Ukrainian and/or Russian


✔️ Your daily tasks on the job:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and/or conducting phone screens
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop an interview process that selects for the best talent 
  • Interview candidates to assess their abilities and culture fit using a wide range of methods
  • Own the offer negotiation process with candidates 
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensure the recruiting process is in compliance with applicable regulations
