Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Chief People Officer, reporting directly to the CEO to help us reach a new level of growth by tightly aligning an ambitious People strategy to the business strategy.

The Chief People Officer will have a laser focus on building a high performing organization and lead all aspects of the business’s HR Operations globally, including global policy, process, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, diversity, equity and inclusion and learning and development. 

The successful candidate will build relationships with the companies C-Suite exceptionally quickly to become a trusted advisor and custodian of the company culture. 

Above all else, the Chief People Officer will have ambition. Ambition to create a world class People function within a world class company. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create a People Strategy and execution plan against it.  
  • Lead the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, performance management, leadership development, well-being, compensation, and benefits globally.
  • Shape the existing culture and align  it with values through people-related policies and practices
  • Advise the executive team on relevant compliance and employment law and introduce best practices to protect the organization
  • Serve as a trusted partner to your team members and senior leaders
  • Manage and grow the HR team

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in an HR executive position or similar high growth environments 
  • Proven experience in hiring and managing remote teams across the globe 
  • Lean/ agile mindset 
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidence and empathy
  • Problem-solving: ability to solve complex problems and also present solutions
  • Executive communications: Great written and spoken communication skills with the ability to flex and adapt to one's audience. 
  • Leadership: Knows how to manage a team, setting and enforcing a high bar, as well as growing a healthy team culture in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability: Open-minded and pragmatic with the ability to handle a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
