Job Overview:

The Senior Implementation manager will deliver software implementation projects on time, on budget and to the agreed upon scope to ensure project success. This is a client facing role, so you'll also be playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a project manager, you'll help deliver successful projects with exceptional customer experience. The overall success of the professional services organization depends on it.

Location: 100% Remote, anywhere in the US.

Key Duties: 

  • Will be notifying the client product manager of non-resolvable issues and submitting recommendations to resolve them. 
  • Maintain regular contact with our clients' project managers and provide updates of project progress and answering any related questions.
  • Responsible for tracking the status of deliverables, project change requests and outstanding issues. 
  • Ensure that any commitments and subsequent changes are negotiated with affected groups - and that the appropriate documents and project work plans are updated to reflect changes in requirements and commitments.


  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience working as a project manager in a software implementation company. 
  • Strong project management skills with Agile methodology.

  • Knowledge of AML and Sanctions compliance requirements
