  • Comfortable developing and nurturing an extensive pipeline 
  • Experience closing business as part of a complex sales cycle 
  • Successful track record of selling large software tools into financial services
  • Ability to perform in a quota based environment
  • Career oriented role - strong individual contributor who is looking to grow into a regional revenue management and has a desire to hire and develop a team
  • Experience developing and executing a financial services B2B proposition, and the ability to add value to customers by effectively cross selling
  • Practice in reliance and the ability to endure and recover from setbacks quickly while maintaining a positive outlook
  • Experience with AI technology is beneficial  
  • Experience working within and/or selling to compliance departments is a benefit but not required
