Opportunity Overview

The Director of Program Management is a critical member of the senior leadership team and helps drive organizational excellence across teams and departments. This role will develop and refine processes, manage and develop teams in Europe, the US, and Asia, as well as partner with stakeholders to define and align priorities, and manage the progress and communication of the organization's project portfolio.

The ability to plan as well as execute, the ability to cultivate strong, integrity-based relationships, the ability and willingness to learn new things, and a commitment to transparency are all required. Silent Eight is pragmatic and practical: come prepared to deliver results rather than argue management philosophies.
